⚠️ Please Note- All orders are fulfilled through amazon.com. Returns and refunds are subject to Amazon’s Return Policy. To request a return or refund, please initiate the process via your Amazon account under Your Orders.

1. Returns & Refunds via Amazon

All returns and refunds for products purchased on Amazon must be initiated through your Amazon account,

·      Go to Your Orders on Amazon

·      Select the item you wish to return

·      Follow the prompts to complete the return or refund request

Amazon’s Standard Return Policy allows most items to be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your KODAK SOUNDBRIX™ speaker arrives damaged or defective,

·      Start a return or replacement request through Amazon’s return center

·      Or contact Amazon Customer Service for assistance

If you need help from our team directly, feel free to contact us at sales@starglory.com.hk with your Amazon Order ID and a description or image of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Amazon may designate some items as non-returnable, such as,

·      Digital products or downloads

·      Gift cards

·      Final Sale items

·      Used items not in original condition

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed by Amazon and credited back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. If you experience delays, we recommend contacting Amazon Support directly.
